I would assume that he was supposed to do more than just not drive...


I thought that such alcohol-related offenses often call for a person to abstain from alcohol altogether. Maybe not in his case.

Regardless, why would he even attempt to drive his vehicle knowing he had even one drink when he knows that he will need to blow into the system first?
